So for anyone who might know Japanese, would "hakesei" read as brush saint in the way that "kensei" can be read as sword saint or fist saint?

Also, for Niten, I have two journal names in mind, hakesei (which I am hoping reads as "brush saint") and kensei_geijutsuka (which is "sword saint artist"). While Niten is known as The Swordsman, he considers himself an artist.
