The kick in the head

Just had a moment of D'oh! I've been struggling with how to build an outline of stories for a while. Well, 'a while' is misleading since I haven't really had time to write nor the impetus, but it has been something I've thought about from time to time and sort of seizing up over as I have no idea how to do it. Then I was looking at something about storyboarding just now and it hit me. All I need to do is write or layout my outline as a storyboard!

It's the simplest things that seem to hold me back.

Oh, om...

 Just got back from a yoga class and am feeling content for once. I wish the classes were more than twice a month as they always manage to leave me feeling good in my skin. The apartment doesn't really have space for much home practice but I do plan on trying to do at least one downward facing dog a day.

It's interesting to note how much I try not to use muscles when I am holding poses, instead I keep catching myself locking my joints. It's also interesting to note that I use my thighs and glutes for core strength rather than my torso. Little things to work on.

It's also raining here in the Bay Area and I am loving it. The first rain after a season of non-rain always smells so nice.

Bored and looking for something to watch on the laptop (Google Play why do you not have Night Watch?) and decided to check out Sleepy Hollow. Very interesting and while I usually don't have much patience for Christian myths, somehow when mixed with New England and American history, it's fun. Either that or it's been long enough that it's fun again.

 I keep seeing threads I want to tag but then freezing when I go to tag. I hate being tag shy and wish I could figure out what's going on in my head. >:/
