Halloween at work
So I think I'm over my grumpiness with work for not doing their Halloween stuff on Monday like the rest of the world. This meant I didn't have my costume ready as I was planning on making it this weekend. Rather than stay up all night trying to make a costume, today I am wearing a red/white hibiscus print Hawaiian shirt, a red tshirt and a red/white hibiscus print swimmer trunks. The patterns are just different enough to be obnoxious. Too bad I don't have any sunglasses or zinc oxide for my nose.
Part of the Halloween festivities here is people bringing their kids in for candy. I've set up a bowl with a Dry Erase sign above it reading "Acme Juvenile Containment Unit"...if only I had a big box or rope to set up a trap. For pretend really.
