And I've written the Sam OOM! \o/
This whole write up what you remember before adding specifics from canon works pretty damn well.
I'm also taking a break from What It Is Like To Go To War as it's becoming a bit heavy and my spirits needed some up lifting. Doing the uplifting is Tamora Pierce's Alanna. Yes I am finally reading it and loving it so far, though I am not sure why it was in the YA section. I guess talking about puberty isn't for kids or something.

Yeah, I read it when I was wee. I think the YA designation mainly comes from what happens in book two, but still.

I accidentally picked up the first of the last set, the series about Beka Cooper, and so will have to return it until I make it there. No spoilers!
