I have an electronic stud finder! (I'll pause here for the requisite jokes...Okay, done?) All my life finding nail studs in walls has been very hit or miss, more often miss, but no more!
Okay so last night was a Girl Scout sleepover which my wife volunteered at and the spawn slept at. I am assuming my wife slept also but given what happened at the spawn's sleepover birthday party, I have my doubts. What this meant was that I got some good cave time in and it was nice.
I didn't watch the two movies I had borrowed from the library (Gundam Seed and Bleach2: The Diamond Dust Rebellion, both of which I know very little of) but that's okay. Instead I anchored two bookshelves and hung a CD cabinet in the spawn's room; hence my joy in getting a stud finder. mixed_muses with two new pups, Tybalt from the October Daye series and Johannes Cabal from Johannes Cabal the Necromancer. Each is fun and challenging in their own way, Tybalt as I imagine him to rarely give a straight answer and Johannes as he doesn't have normal human emotions and will only do things for his benefit.
So all and all a good time spent in the cave alone but I'm ready to have my family back, they're 45 minutes late now.
