[personal profile] aberration wished to know about whatever tv show you must look forward to/are invested in watching each week. (I still have some days available).

Lately, my top shows have been:
Once Upon A Time: I am mostly happy with the new season. Pan is a wonderful and creepy villain, though I do wonder why ever villain seems to need to be related to Henry in some way. I love the growth Regina has been able to pull off and I love Rumple's development as well. I do miss Mulan and hate that the one gay romance was prevented from realization.

Once Upon A Time In Wonderland: I'll be honest, I mostly watch this for the Knave and Jafar with a dash of the White Rabbit. I also hope Lizard makes it back and I love that the story is sticking to the Alice/Aladdin mash-up and not throwing in more fables; though I am curious if other fables are in Alice's native world. Could Sherlock, Randolph Carter and Captain Nemo be running around there?

Agents of SHIELD: For all it's flaws, I love this show. It has had it's problems and I still don't see why Grant is there aside from a love interest for Skye. I was happy to see Mike Peterson again but damn, do they need to keep doing that to the black guy? May, Simmons and Fitz are my favorites. I would say Coulson but something about him being in this show is awkward. Maybe his sass levels are depleted? I also wish the plots would have more actual Marvel influences. I get that they are trying to make their own thing but still.

Sleepy Hollow: I love love love the characters on this show! The plot is cheesy but the characters really make up for it. I do wish Sheriff August Corbin would have a more recurring role as Abby's spirit guide or something cause I love Clancy Brown but what can you do.

Grimm: Recently got back into this as the first half of season 2 wasn't working for me.

Shows I wish I had time for:
The Good Wife and not just because of Alan Cummings (though he makes a compelling argument), Homeland and not just because of Claire Danes, and Almost Human and not entirely because of Karl Urban. I know there is another one I am forgetting but oh well.

Shows I miss:
Young Justice, Legend of Korra, and Fantastic Four; World's Greatest Heroes.

On my way out the door again but I gotta say, Mulan is confusing me with her reactions to Ellen! She's being so...informal.

This is an awesome summation of the Kate Daniels world written by the author which, remarkably, has no spoilers.

ETA: Oh god damnit. Because some people can't be nice to authors and can't resist making "helpful" comments such as word choice and criticizing the use of swear words, the link above has been taken down by the author who had only asked for if the snippet clarified the world for new readers. *grumps at people who felt the need to criticize*
