Things that make me go arrrgg

 I *know* I know the name Spy-der-us (phonetically spelled since my Google-fu is failing on any variation I can think of) but for the life of me I can't place it.

Any help?

In other news, saw Desolation of Smaug and loved it! The Mirkwood spiders were likely the creepiest film spiders I have ever seen. I do find myself thinking you might be better served having not read the book to enjoy the movie since there were enough differences (aside from the Necromancer subplot) that I kept wondering if I was misremembering the story. Smaug was glorious and Benedict Cumberbatch's voice was perfect.
