Wait, that's sounds bad...anyway, tomorrow I get to go to a seminar hosted by Adobe in SF! It's going to be all day and covers, seemingly in depth, Acrobat X and InDesign 5.5. I feel all professional and shit. Best part is I'm taking the train with my wife partway and then meeting up with her in the evening and I get alone time with a book for at least an hour. (Yeah, I guess I missed that.)

I also get to spend the day and have lunch in the City instead of my office. \o/

I wonder what sort of friendly crazy the old Gal will spin my way. When I used to live there, the old Gal, aka SF, would often send friendly crazy my way, especially on bad days.

That sounds like an awesome way to spend the day. What book are you bringing with you?

I'm bringing Star Wars: Knight Errant (the novel not the comic) which I am mostly through with and Magic In The Blood by Devon Mark (a new urban fantasy which caught my eye). And just in case, I have The Iron Thorn by Caitlin Kittredge on my iPod. This last book has turned out really good! Lovecraft mixed with Steampunk mixed Faerie by way of a Bronte sister though it's set mid-1950s...I think? They've only mentioned the year once.

I'm fine with any pup but I won't be online today as I don't have a data plan on my phone and no computer access. Charles could be interesting and we could also make a trial run of the awkwardness with William, though I'd assume she'd seen him since the place I have her in canon.

Those all sound like good reads. I just started the third Iron Druid book, Hammered myself and I'm enjoying it.

I'll wait on William as I've got him back in Bar and we have enough threads going with them currently.
