Now today is a Tae Bo day. Yesterday was a recumbent bike day. Today is Tae BO to work out my upper body. Must have balance. And yes Laurel, I know you do Tae Bo. =]

12.6...If all goes according to plan, I will be down my 10% by the end of this month. Okay close to my 10%, within a week. And then 2 weeks after that I will have reach my own personal goal, the first that is.
But, if'in I start excercing on a regualar basis, I cna cut that time frame. SIgnificantly me thinks.
