 More info on Quicksilver. If the source is to be believed and Singer just wants Quicksilver for one action sequence while Whedon has big plans and wants him for more than one action sequence, I say let Singer use Northstar!

Good grief, that sounds like kindergarteners squabbling over a toy. They need to resolve these differences -- after all, they are all Marvel, and all awesome.

This is true but with intellectual property rights being what they are, X-Men and Avengers are different worlds for now. I'd love for them to join forces but I don't see Fox and Marvel/Disney sharing the pie. Heck Marvel has a hard time paying all the actors a good piece of that pie.
