Tumbling thoughts
Nov. 13th, 2013 07:42 am I've been thinking about what my Tumblr has become and what my Tumblr habits are and I've decided it's time for a change. I originally started my Tumblr to look for pretty things (comic panels, archeological finds, art, animals, etc.), but I then started seeing great quotes and then thought provoking political/social insights and my reblog finger began to have a mind of its own.
I've decided that to like a post is enough to support it and it's likely a safe assumption my friends will see the thought provoking or political thing on their own. The Tumblr circle is somewhat small after all. If I do see something that is not pretty or smile inducing and feel it needs to be shared, I shall do so as a link, so I don't bog down my friends dashboard with something they may not want to see.
Then I need to limit my time there. I'm thinking 15 minutes between jobs rather than the half hour or so I've been doing. I love the site but it's worse than flipping channels for work productivity.
Also, I think I've picked up a slight cold. =(
