Aug. 5th, 2014 07:45 am Wow. I mention on FB my incredible (to me) workout yesterday, 2.5 hours total for the day, and instead of congratulating me, a relative warns me that exercise can be addictive. Gee, thanks. Yes, I am sure they are trying to be helpful but given the shape I am in, being addicted to working out is a long ways away from being a problem.
I'm going to go back to be proud of the fact that I did it and am not hurting today. Tonight I try and venture into the weight lifting side of working out, which I have very little experience with.
