I haven't really been following what's been happening in the main world of Marvel Comics; I've only been reading Spider-Woman and Moon Knight. Seeing stuff online is leaving me with the following impression.

Marvel: We're going to kill or seriously mess up a lot of our legacy characters and introduce new younger and/or racially diverse characters.

Me: Love the new characters, but why kill the old characters? How about having them mentor the kids?
