Just pasting this reading order for Traci 13 so I can find it easier and keep track of what I've read.
Recommended Readings
Superman: Lost Hearts - Traci’s first appearance is in a crossover between Superman #189, Adventures of Superman #611, Superman: The man of Steel #134 and Action Comics #798 She helps Superman deal with the spread of invisible magical parasites that feed on people’s despair, guilt and self-loathing and drive up their most self-destructive impulses to generate more of it.
–Read, except for the final bit in AC #798. I liked Traci here but holy racist shite Batman, that story was awful. Every white person was either a victim or a hero and every black or brown person was a villain, junkie, or homeless person.Action Comics #801-803, #806-808 - Traci first in a supporting role and then as she teams up with Natasha Irons and Cir-El to save Superman from an invisible magical assassin. The art is horribly fanservice-y, tho.
Tales of the Unexpected #1-8 - Traci is featured in Doctor Thirteen backup stories, which can only be gotten in digital by buying the full issues on ComiXology. You can get them in print in trade Doctor 13: Architecture and Mortality. Mind you, this story is really fucking silly. As in “Nazi. Vampire. Gorilla.” silly.
–Read and cracky and silly is right. Still a fun ride, though I'm not sure if it's one I'll repeat.
Teen Titans #66-67, #72-74,#83-87 - Features Traci as a member of Teen Titans, with #83-87 having her in backup stories.
–Started the backup stories in #83-87 which didn't grab me right away. I will need to try again once I've read more of her I think.
ETA: OK, finished the backup story and while it was good, it leaves off with something near a cliffhanger which seems like it will never be touched on since DC rebooted with Rebirth since this story. The fun times of comics.
Blue Beetle#16, #19-21, #24-27, #32, #35-36 - Traci appears as an ally and love interest of Jaime Reyes
–Read #16, #19-27. Definitely loving Traci and Jaime being adorable together and looking forward to more. I might just get the whole series as I'm loving Jaime and his whole cast.
Superwoman #2-8, #15-17 - Traci returns to DC in Rebirth era, now dating Natasha Irons.
–Read all three available TPBs and enjoyed the story for the most part. Lex Luther just chews up any scene he's in doesn't he? I do feel like the writing was aiming for "what makes a hero?" as an overall theme but it ended up more Lana has insecurities and is always questioning herself, but everyone else knows she's amazing. Look, I get imposter syndrome and doubting yourself, but I don't think you need to spend 3 trades addressing pretty much the same doubts. At least attack the insecurities from a different direct? Insecurities are crafty little buggers and will find many ways to get you.
Raven: Daughter of Darkness #7-12 - Traci is recruited alongside other magical teens like Klarion or Zachary Zatara to fight a bunch of Nazguls.
Justice League Dark #1, #5-14 - minor appearances as Traci gets a job as a bartender in mystical Bar With No Name, owned by Detective Chimp...who is a greedy cheapskate and doesn’t pay her minimum wage.
The Witching Hour - Traci has a minor role in this JLD/Wodner Woman crossover.
Alternate Versions:
Flashpoint: World of Flashpoint #1-3 - Alternate Traci in Flashpoint Universe
In other Media:
Traci appears as a non-powered human in a cameo in Teen Titans: Judas Contract animated movie and as a superhero in the third season of Young Justice: Outsiders

I still don't see why the Arabic fellow and the French man needed such large noses. Also the art was very start and dominated by silhoettes, which reminded me of Frank Miller, but the body perposions were more true to life. I liked it, it's just the faces needed more work for my tastes.
