Jun. 21st, 2006 08:38 amI can think of several people ion my friends list would would like this:
"Bono, Sting, Lou Reed, Nick Cave and Gavin Friday are just a handful of the artists who have lent their voices to "Rogue's Gallery: Pirate Ballads, Sea Songs & Chanteys," due Aug. 22 via Anti-. The double-disc, 43-song set was produced by Hal Willner, working from an idea hatched by director Gore Verbinski and actor Johnny Depp in the midst of shooting "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest."
ARRR! Me thinks it do be Pirate Day.
