Todays work out was good! Got a full 30 min's in with stretching and walking and running on inclines.

I ran the hills program on the treadmill and ran for a couple of songs which ended up being on hills; 4.5 mph at 1.5%, 2.3% and 2.8% incline. I did step it back though...my heart rate got to 153 at one point.

I don't remember my numbers much beyond that. I do remember that I got past a mile...maybe even a mile and a half.

I'm thinking about starting a workout journal so I can track this stuff.

Mon. & Tues., not so good workouts. I only got 15 min's or so, walked them and just didn't seem to have much energy. Funny how an extra 15 min's can make a difference.

This morning I set the alarm 15 in's earlier than usual and I thin that helped to get me to the gym at opening so I had more time.
