Co-Work was telling me this morning that it is better for our bodies to have a big breakfast and small lunches and dinners.
I replied back with, "Really. What's your source?" Not "where'd you hear that?" or "who told you that" no I said "What's your source?"
In other news I just got a bag of M&Ms (which I am splitting with a co-worker) and there are an inordinate amount of blue and green ones, like half the bag.
Yes, pointless post but I am sure you are used to that by now.
