Getting these down with some notes so I don't forget them:
Andrea Nash: Making a daikyū yumi in Bar to help her refocus and find her center. This youtube video has a seemingly good over view of the process. These videos might be even better as they are 30 seconds to a minute for each stage. Written instructions are here.
Ben Grimm: Comes in suffering the headaches and pains from the F4's powers breaking down. Maybe leaves some dust from his skin. Asks Banner to take a look at him to give Banner some cerebral time before Ben goes back to canon for Reed to fix the thing cause only Reed can fix the thing.
Hank McCoy: From the bullying in the cafeteria, I think he needs to learn more about fighting so he doesn't panic when faced with violence.
Quinlan: Young Quin doing a floating mediation; a one arm hand stand.

I'm reading Star Wars: The Jedi Academy trilogy and while I am enjoying it, I have to wonder how skinny the physical books are; each audiobook is only 3 hours. Also, I it just me or do a lot of characters turn to the Dark Side and then make it back to the light? It seems about every story has someone do it and yes, I am aware Quin did it as well. This makes me wonder if neither side is as potent as they are billed or if it is the character that is truly strong and not the opposing sides. Conversely, maybe the Force isn't binary and it's how people use it that is Dark or Light.

I am tempted to explore these ideas and have Quinlan adopt them...assuming he agrees.
