Which is a perfect lead into some thoughts I've had lately about comics but I am in the middle of eating lunch so I will write them out later.
Okay, so lately, like the past few months, I just haven't been into Marvel. I know the latest Summer cross over has a lot to do with it, but I think the $5 price point has turned me off them as well. Any issue I read just seems like the 8th day of Thanksgiving left-overs. I know I will be giving Guardians a go when the universe reboots, but I don't know if I'll bother with much else.
On the DC side, I have been loving Catwoman and Starfire, as well as Gotham Academy and Gotham By Midnight. I need to check out the War of the Robins. DC Bombshells has been great though I fear it is over soon and won't really have gone anywhere, which makes me sad. I wanted to see the bombshells interact with each other and then go kick some ass.
