Proud father moment...
Apr. 7th, 2009 10:21 amBit of trivia about myself, I have this annoying (for others) ability of figuring out the plot of stories well before the big reveal. It's not something I mean to do and I try my best to not spoil the story for others and keep it to myself when I do figure it out.
Last night Katie and I are watching Avatar and I spot the direction the plot is going and say, without thinking, "Oh I think I know what's going to happen!"
To which Katie replied, "You mean x, y and then z?" Which turned out to be exactly what I was thinking, which turned out to be exactly what happened in the plot.
I need to be sure to impress upon her the value of not spoiling the story for everyone else methinks.
