bjornwildeJust came back from a nice bike ride.
17 miles in 1:48 minutes. My heart rate was in the zone for 1:45 of those minutes and averaged 130 bpm. I also burned 2319 calories!
Felt good and strong until the last few miles when I could tell I was starting to crash. I likely could have pushed through it if I had been riding with someone.
Now it's off to the library and then back home to play. = ]
