What if I say I will never surender?
May. 1st, 2012 09:07 amSo last week was tough on me. I just had this low level depression that was like tule fog that never went away. I've figured out the cause and am taking steps but I just wanted to mention it as I was pretty scarce last week.
Her Ladyship has commanded that I procure new tunes for her iPod and has given me a list of songs. It is interesting seeing her developing musical tastes. A few years ago she was all about Grrl Rock, Le Tiger, Von Bondies and the like. Now it's more varied:
Daddy Ate My Fries and Bury You/I'm Just You're Problem by Marceline from Adventure Time
You Make Me Feel So by Cobra Starship
Glad You Came by The Wanted
Firework by Katy Perry
If I Die Young by The Band Perry
Paradise by Coldplay
She Wolf by Shakira
For old times sake I threw in Cherri Bomb's cover of Foo Fighters' The Pretender as a surprise.
And now, a challenge I've been thinking about. I'm going to write 100 words of fiction a day for the next ten days. I'm actually going to go with business days as weekends are challenging enough.
Michael just didn't trust Jack. Even from the first time he had seen him, Jack just didn't feel right. Michael had been doing the exercises the technicians asked, using his telekinesis to hold aloft ball bearing, marbles, shells and other small things while he solved a Rubic's cube, when Jack joined them. To be honest he barely noticed Jack when another technician walked him in but about a minute later, when jack sent out the pulse that over road all their abilities, Jack made sure they all knew he was there. All the toys he had been levitating came crashing down, Sara cried out in pain at the intrusion to her mind, the TV Freya had been manipulating went dead and Emily's drawings got ruined when she started and knocked over the paints.
No Michale didn't trust Jack but the girls seemed to so Michael went along. He wasn't going to leave them alone with Jack, especially not Sara.
Okay, meeting now and then hopefully I'll get to tagging and possible even an EP for Ult. Ben.
