 So I'm all caught up on Legend of Korra now and all I have to say is Korra had better remember Iroh's lesson about the Spirit world and her effects on it next episode.

Is it just me or did the voice actor for Iroh get swapped out on us?

According to the Wikipedia article, it's the same voice talent from Book 3 of Last Airbender. If you are thinking of Iroh from Books 1&2, then, yes it is a different VA as Mako died between Books 2&3.
