Just finished Agents of SHIELD

bjornwilde The head of Centipede is a fellow who is only known as The Clairvoyant. It was revealed in this episode that he is telepathic which of course made me think of Charles Xavier. What sort of world were the 60s, 70s and 80s that Xavier turned to not only hide mutants but to work so clandestinely?
I'm not saying The Clairvoyant is Xavier, just the film rights alone prevent that, but it is an interesting thought. Is he with Erik? Perhaps Erik convinced him how dangerous the CIA and the dawning SHIELD were. Are Raven and Hank still working with them? Perhaps Hank is the one making the devices Centipede is using to empower humans. But then why would they be empowering humans anyway?
