bjornwildeWatched Avengers tonight and was struck with some ideas. Behind a cut incase you haven't seen Cap2 yet.
Natasha Romanoff is on the run and she knows she's being hunted. It's happened before so she's not worried but this hunter is very good. Almost as good as she is. She finally faces her hunter and is surprised when the hunter surrenders to her. Natasha is suspicious until the woman blasts another assassin (Crossbones maybe) to save Natasha, taking a bullet in the process.

Later, Natasha finds out the woman, who answers to Jessica, was raised by HYDRA and that Crossbones had been her support. She surrendered to Natasha because she knew Natasha could be trusted and wasn't HYRDA.
