bjornwilde I got a lovely surprise in the mail today, a Christmas card from Cam. Awesome!
I usually don't ask for cards simply because I always flake on sending my own out but they are always a treat to receive.
Other things...let's see...A Memory of Light is good, although is it really a prologue when it spans 2.5 CDs?
The Empire Strikes Back does not have Yoda reflecting on how the jedi could have been better as I had thought. Oh well.
I also tripped and made an Asajj Ventress account since I was busy at work and didn't have threading spoons available. Not sure if she will be for playing or OOM NPC use. ETA: And doing some poking, I discovered in her next bit of canon (and what was going to be part of the Clone Wars TV series) she had traded her red lightsabers for a yellow one. What's interesting, aside from the symbolic setting aside of the Sith color, is that in older SW lexington, yellow signified a Jedi that balanced combat with scholarly pursuits.
And lastly, I wrote a first try at that Ahsoka meeting with Barrissa fic. It seems bare to me and not just because it lacks environment details, but it is out and I can refine it now.
