bjornwilde Just got back from a nice bike ride. 13 miles, did pretty well with the pace and facing a few steep hills, and saw a family of Canadian geese.
Now to cool down and hope my tush isn't going to hate me for being in the sadle for a little over an hour when I haven't ridden in months.
