 Beach time is fun. We’re staying at the Dream Inn in Santa Cruz and right on the beach, though several stories up. We can just look out our rooms little balcony and see the boardwalk and wharf. 

i even wrote some by hand last night, which was an experience. My hand couldn’t quite keep up with my brain and started cramping up after one page. I think I want to try with a pen and see if I can last longer as I know there were more words.

I also downloaded an app that allows night photography on my phone. I’d hoped to get some star pics and maybe the comet but the marine layer had other ideas. I still got some neat shots which I’m going to post in my Instagram.
