Dear P.C.
While I appreciate your need for clarity, I do not need you to come over to my desk, lean over my shoulder and tell me what you want. You sent me an electronic redline. I can open the PDF. I can read. If you were going to come over why did you bother emailing a PDF?
And I understand that you can count...I assumed it to be honest. You don't need to count the letters of one headline to compare to another headline for spacing 3 times. I can see this visually and don't need the half-assed "Well they have the same number of characters, you must be able to put one in the same space as the other." to estimate if they would in fact occupy the same amount of space on paper.
