Phear me for I actually got up at 4:40 am and dragged my sorry self to the gym and worked out to work out for 40 minutes.

I had hoped to do 20 min's on the treadmill and then 20 on the eliptical but all the elipticals were in use so I did 40 min's on the treadmill.

At some point I want to get on the weight machines but they looks so esoteric I didn't have the nerve to get on one.
