(no subject)
Feb. 8th, 2007 07:16 amHalf an hour work out today and no Mr. Muscles! I think I am getting used to this now...maybe even need it now. I have gone two days in a row now and last week I went Tues, Thurs, and Fri.
Yesterday I worked free weights and I think about the only group of muscles I really worked are my triceps; at least that's the only group that are sore today. = ]

10 minutes of running (two 5 min-ish runs) and an average speed or 4 MPH, yet still just a little over 300 calories burnt. Bleh!
I wonder how long it will take me to get to a 6 minute mile.
