I so did not want to get out of bed this morning but I still had a pretty good work out today...
346 cal, 2.05 miles (I broke the 2 mile barrier!), 30 minutes, 0-3.5 degree incline and a range or 3 to 4.5 mph, mostly keeping with 4.5.
I didn't track my heart rate but I feel like it was a good cardio tempo.
