At Dojo - 15 minutes of flexibility/core work.
(My daughters Dojo is having a "Dad's Challenge", a rather silly challenge, just show up 2 times a week for one month. But hey, $10 for a month with a personal trainer? What the Heck.)
Today:
At Gym - Dist.= 2.14 (3.5 km), Cal.= 359, Time= 35 on treadmill, 10 minutes flexibility/core work. Music - Just a shuffle of songs.
