Pretty good one today:
30 minutes on a treadmill for 328 calories and 2 miles. Also did 15 minutes of stretching and calistehtics.

Why do I seem to get a better work out from the treadmill than I do on the stationary bike?

I do need to get into the saddl eof my bike at home if I am going to do well for the Diabetes charity ride, i.e. the Tour de Cure. You can still donate if you want.

Today's playlist, Lineage Online soundtrack. Pretty good for working out.
