Apr. 24th, 2007 08:59 amYesterday: 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 stretching and calisthenics at the gym and 20 minutes stretching and calisthenics at the dojo.
Today: 20 minutes of stretching and calisthenics.
That brings me to 650 minutes of my 1100 minute challenge for the month of april via
1on1challenge . Leaving me with 450 minutes to get ou tin 5 days if I am going to make my goal. THat would be 90 minutes a day. I don't think I am going to make my goal this month. Again. Damn.
