Yesterday's work out:
30 min on the Bike for 360 or calories and atleast 10 miles. The display cleared before I could write the numbers down.
15 minutes flex/core.

Today's work out:
40 minutes on the treadmill (walking and running) for 554 calories and 2.47 miles.
5 minutes flex/core.

The song "Donald where's your trousers" is a fun song to run to. That's all.
