One for the IT folks
Dec. 3rd, 2007 01:55 pmSo the network just got back online (Okay it just got back online when I started writing this post). It's been out since 8am, thus no phones, no server, no work for 5 hours or so.
IT finally figured out what was wrong. To quote the email "The problem was caused by someone in a conference room inadvertently plugging a phone incorrectly into a wall jack causing a network loop."
Some one is very red faced right about now.
I am really into Winter Holiday this year, don't know why.
Maybe it's the lights...
