The time line...10 weeks following a charted workout plan from Bicycling Mag.
The Battle so far...
Well I decided to fdo this last night, but yesterday I did ride about 5 miles so that kinda follows the plan. (If any of you are interested in the plan let me know and I will email i tto you. They have two plans, Surviving and thriving. I am doing the surviving one for now.)
Today I follow the plan to the letter and hopefully ofr the next 10 weeks I will be able to say the same.
Yesterday, 5 miles in 25-30 minutes.
Today, 10 miles in 30-45 minutes. Hopefully ; ] Today is a brisk pace day so I had better come close to that anyway.
Today's weight, 243 or so. Target: 220
