10 miles at pace
Actual workout:
20 miles at pace with sprints up to a brisk pace
Just shy of 2 hours
Best yet...I defeated one of the hills I never could beat while I was working out for the AIDS Ride last year. I got two miles past the point where I always turned back a year ago. I made it from the Pruneyard to the entrence to Vesona Park.
Fuck Yah...
Now to get my pace up from 10-12 mph to 15-20mph.
Next to keep pace with Duane on the Hills he keeps putting me on to hurt me.
