 My mad scheme worked! I got out for half an hour on the bike for 6.2 miles. Was brisk, very brisk, but I am so glad I got out.

Just did and dang but it was hard to find. Bicycling turned up the ab work out, road biking was a no go; finally found it under cycling! = ]
