Awesome lunchtime ride! I did 9 miles in 40.56 minutes and feel pretty awesome though my legs are a bit wobbly on stairs. Tough start and finish as both were facing the head wind off the SF Bay but I did my old mental trick of thinking of the wind as air conditioning rather than a wall. I also stuck to a gear that wasn't too hard to push but which still ate up the road.

Saw lots of pelicans and juvenile ground squirrels. Today's big push songs were Evanescence's Bring Me To Life and Sunshine Blind's H4Y.

Oh and with today's mileage I've now crossed the Stock-brook though I seem to be lost in trees. 53.5 miles.
