 So the ginger ale is good but needs tweaking. First thing I would advise is to chill the bottle before attempting to open it as even with slowly opening it, there was a lot of carbonation. I erred on the side of too little ginger and maybe too little sugar. Next batch will have at least twice the ginger if not three times. The yeast after taste is odd but nothing I don't think I can't get used too. Over all this batch is like a lightly flavored club soda, refreshing but not much taste.
