Jan. 19th, 2004 12:14 pmLong time no post...
What's been going on? Too many journal post writing in my heads.
I'm at work, which has been good, currently watching the happy watch tick and tick as I move Gig's of graphic data from one machine to the other in order to not crash teh mail server. (For those in teh know, the graphic servers has been part of the mail server so when the graphics drive got too full it would cause the mail to freeeze. This problem/stupidity has now been fixed adn I have my own dedicated machine for storage.)
Work has been good. When it started I had the POV that was too close to work-aholic. But then I realized that work was becoming on a par with my family as far as importance goes. I didn't like that so now I do my best to pay attention to time and when 5 hits, that's it. If there is something that has to be done before tomorrow, I better make sure it happens when it needs too because I am not going to stay late to finish it.
Katie is growing so fast. It is both marvelous and scary at the same time. Its hard to explain. On one hand it makes me so proud and awed to see how quickly she changes. How once she learns something she gets in DOWN in record time. But at the same time its like yesterday she didn't know how to do this. She was younger. They grow up so fast.
