 So Sam gets approved and already he's telling me I need to get back to running and exercising regularly.

I also realized I need to set up a carepack for my daughter to leave in my backpack. Things like a comb, hair ties, wet wipes, and (when she's old enough) pads or tampos, depending on her preference. I should get ideas from her and her mother for what random things she might need before swim practice since emergency runs to stores or the house suck.

(don't use wet wipes if she has eczema though, many chemicals).

Oh, good point! It also occurs to me a pack of tissues would be good; for runny noses or the bathroom.
