Sep. 6th, 2014 01:42 pmToday's "Woah, holy shit": Day 01 of Week 5 for the C25K program had me doing 3, 5 minute runs. Today I did the second day, figuring it was safe to assume another 3, five minute runs. I am at the end of what I expect to be the end of the first five minute run and I've not gotten the walk chime. I unlock my iPod to discover, no i am doing an 8 minute run. Managed it but the second one was tough.
I've also scaled up my strength training, adding more weights but scaling down the reps until I adjust.
And apparently there is a hurricane heading for Baja California.
