 Had a dream last night were I bumped into an old "friend" who was actually Robert Smith, though he introduced himself as Don. I am taking this to mean I need to listen to The Cure today. Hopefully this will get Calvin Harris' Blame It On The Night (which has such a lovely message. /sarcasm) and Jessie J, Ariana Grande, & Nicki Manaj's Bang Bang out of my head. The price of giving the middle schooler radio control.

I am deep into Ashes of Honor now, having finished One Salt Sea over the weekend. I love the selkie wake at the end of One Salt Sea; it made me wish for a large family. I am also very curious to see the story the Luidaeg's calling in the selkie's debt and how it is going to effect Toby.

I'm tempted to bring Sam into bar from the post-Avengers, New York clean up head canon I have for him. I likely should check with the Avengers muns and see if they have any problems with this.

I also need to finish up Magic Strikes for Andrea. Before Wednesday would be good so she can host another Full Moon.

I've just started Ashes of Honor myself and its such a good one. A point that really cemented for me my love of Quentin was when he said to Bridget, 'No, we're really good liars.' Also I'd love to know what Tybalt said to him before they left that made him say, 'Tybalt's going to kill me.'

I had the same thought!

And I suspect Tybalt told Quentin something like "If she is harmed, you had best be in worse shape." Or something like it. I also love how later, when Tybalt takes Toby to the Court of Cats, Quentin says to Tybalt, "You better return my knight to me." Or something like it.

This series has too many fun characters. I also love Quentin and the Luidaeg's friendship.

Yes, all the friendships. I love how we see Quentin and Raj going from being jealous to friends. So many great moments and its a rich world, which I love too. We only see parts of it.
