I finally got Her Ladyship to pick up The Wee Free Men. I promised her that if the first chapter didn't grab her, I would stop pushing her to read it. I also pointed out that I have all four of the books in the series if she does end up liking it. She has been reading for about 20 minutes now which I think means she likes the book. I know I read Pratchett pretty quickly and she is a much faster reader.
Of course, thinking of the series sparked an evil idea. I've been thinking of Asajj's future. I know I'd want to lead her to starting her own clan of Nightsisters but I don't want her to just copy what she's been taught; i.e. I don't just want another Sith-like group. The NIghtsisters, as they were presented in the Clone Wars tv series, were very much the Hollywood witch, which is fine, but I feel like they were more Darkside than they needed to be, but I don't know what could be in their place. Then it occurred to me, what if I made them like the witches of the Disc? :D
Definitely something to explore but I do have time. I haven't even app'ed her yet and I do want to read Dark Disciple before making any firm plans.
