I felt a tremur in the Force

Warning, Geek post.

I finally got my hands on Victoriana. Good game. With some tweeking, it will be a damn fine game. My tweeking of course. Note, laragoth do not click on the link unless you have access to a table top gaming group. You will want to play this. The Red Scarf will want you to play this.

I started watching Firefly last night. Perki baught me the whole thing for GiftMas. Just watched the first episode. Not quite hooked yet, though there are a couple of characters I like.

I guess I have no more geekness.

I finally got fish that I seem unlikely to kill.

I got a fish tank and am now the proud owner/caretaker of the office pets. I started with 3 Danios and 2 African Dwarf Frogs. Within the first week, I had lost both frogs and a fish.

I then baught a Tetra, to odd out the school, and a Gold Mystery Snail. Next day the tetra died as well as another Danios. And yes I cleaned the tank after each floater.

Wednesday I bought two more Danios and all seems well. They have survived 2 days now and are still zipping arround the tank. Though I do worry they aren't able to eat the food I was told to buy (pellets) very well. Maybe I will buy some flakes today or over the weekend.

I am not sure who is more entertaining, the fish or the snail. The fish are every active and soemtimes the even bully each other the way cats will. But the snail is pretty damn active in his own snail like way. What's better though is that he will crawl to the top of the tank and then let go, thus plunging to the bottom. Yes my snail is a thrill seeker. Or he is just lazy. WHo knows.
