bjornwildeSo I've narrowed the quest for a Latino PB for Amelia Heartstriker. Canon merely describes her as being tall and statuesque, with black hair and light hazel eyes. Also, all dragons in their human form are unearthly beautiful, naturally.
Both faces will require some photoshopping to darken their hair (if I feel like being that picky) both have light colored eyes.
The faces are Liliana Dominguez and Daniela Ruah, respectively, and I'm posting them here so I can see them side by side.
More thoughts later. I have to run to the store.
OK, pros of Liliana:
She's a model and so I have a lot of possibilities with odd clothes for icons, which works since I am picturing Amelia as coming in before her canon starts, which means she's traveling through the outer planes and realities. She's definitely beautiful and I think her cheekbones make her look as if she's related to the cover art of the main character, her younger brother.
Cons, she is a model so not a giant range of emotions for icons.
Pros of Daniela:
She's an actress and thus I would have a huge range of facial expressions. She actually has one black iris and one hazel, which I love for Amelia who says her mother didn't quite have the whole creating new life thing down anyway, which is why she has hazel eyes instead of the clan's signature green.
Cons: All her clothing is mundane. She also doesn't look as much like the cover art.
Honestly, I think the only reason I am thinking of Daniela is because of her eyes. I'll give it one more day before I decide for sure, but it's looking like I will use Liliana for costumes and her look.
