Civil War thoughts...

I am biased as she is one of my favorite characters of the Marvel-verse.
I don't like her, what seems to me, blind support of the Super Human Registration Act. Heck I don't like Ms. Marvel's either but that is a different story. I think an awesome story line would be for her to obey it, she is a lawyer after all, but to fight its constitutionality in the courts. That would rock but I don't see the writers doing that. They are presenting the possibility of her doing this in Front Lines, with her representing Speedball, but I don't think they'll go there; not enough action.
Captain American is being written as an idiot. He's suppose to be the best tactician in the MU and yet Stark tricks him out of hiding with a faked industrial accident? He is acting to emotional and I don't see Cap as doing that.
And here's an idea for you guys...switch costumes around. It will put the Pro-Reg. guys on the surprise. You now have Spidey on your side. Give everyone of you some of his webshoters. He made them in high school with a high schooler's budget. I think you can manage it. Share any other gadgets your team members have. Sure some of the users may not be that proficient in their use but any thing to add a surprise will be an strategic advantage.
Why don't you use the Internment Camps the US used in WW2 as a motivation for Cap? I think it would add some wonderful depth beyond "this is not the America I fought for" (not to say that isn't a good reason there. Speaking of, you guys have done a wonderful job in Front Lines using poems written during and about wars to parallel the MU's Civil War. Why not use poems from US Interment Camps?
Okay looking at how their fight went down, the Punisher taking him to a Anti-Reg safe house and then Spidey fighting you in the most recent Amazing Spiderman I have to say the following...
Stark built into the suit he gave Spidey a fail safe code word that causes the suit to freeze. Spidey then over road it with his own safe word. Umm...I would think your mind for body armor tech to be higher than Spidey's. Would he really have been able to do this? Or are you using Window's 3.0 as the OS for the body armor you make?
Also, if you had the fail safe, why didn't you use it when Spidey defected in the first place? Maybe you planned to use him to lead you to the Resistance's safe house? Did the team at Amazing Spiderman spill the beans for Civil War #7 by having Spidey free to make his TV announcement and big fight with you? And if the Punisher can find them how can you, with your Tech and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s, not find them?
Lastly, when the hell are Beta Ray Bill and the real Thor going to show up? To have them missing with all this going down is stupid.
